Version dated 3 October 2026.

Who we are

TheeTechCo Software Development Services is a business name registered with the Department of Trade and Industry by Chester Martinez, a sole proprietor based in the Philippines ("we"). We are responsible for the personal information collected through this website. Our Data Protection Officer is Chester Martinez, reachable at privacy@theetech.co. For personal data we handle inside clients' systems, see our Data Processing Addendum.

What we collect

  • What you send through the contact form: name, work email, company, app URL, the service and plan you are interested in, your tech stack and your message.
  • Emails you send us, and the details you give when booking a call (name, email, time and any notes).
  • If you become a client: billing contact and invoicing details.

This website does not use cookies or tracking technologies. We see anonymous, aggregated visit statistics from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not build profiles of visitors.

Why we use it, and on what basis

  • To answer your enquiry and prepare a proposal. This is a step you ask us to take before a possible contract, and it is in our legitimate interest to reply.
  • To deliver services to clients. Necessary for our contract with you.
  • To invoice and keep tax records. Required by Philippine law.
  • To keep the website secure and understand overall usage. Our legitimate interest.

We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising.
